Pinehurst Safeway discussion at this morning’s Seattle City Council Planning Land Use and Neighborhoods (PLUNC) meeting. The Property Use and Development Agreement (PUDA) is still being drafted, but PLUNC just voted to recommend the rezone for a full Council vote in October.
