Juvenile gang robs man at gunpoint after following him from Northgate Transit Center

From the SPD Blotter: On 10/25/09, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the victim was approached by three juvenile suspects at the Northgate transit center. The suspects asked the victim for the time and the victim referred to the clock on his I-phone and told them the time.

On October 21st at approximately 6:50 p.m. officers responded to the 10400 block of 5th Avenue NE for the report of a male victim lying on the sidewalk with an apparent stab wound to the neck.
