The Seattle Board of Park Commissioners will hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11, in Hasselberg Hall at the Jefferson Community Center, 3801 Beacon Ave. S. The agenda includes: Parks and Green Spaces Levy Parks staff will brief the Board on the progress and status of the projects in the 2008 voter-approved $146 million Parks [...] The Haller Lake Community Club is hosting a meeting with Seattle Parks and Recreation about the renovation of Northacres Park, which is just on the west side of I-5 across NE 130th St. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 Parks is currently planning for renovation of the play [...] Seattle voters overwhelmingly passed the 2008 Parks and Green Spaces Levy on Nov. 4, 2008. Come hear about this new levy and learn about the park projects in your neighborhood. Parks is hosting four open houses throughout the city in May and we encourage you to come.
