From an e-mail sent late Friday from Paul Fischburg to the Northgate Stakeholder’s Group: Dear Northgate Stakeholder, It’s been a while since our last correspondence so I wanted to give you a brief update, primarily about our rezone and urban design framework. First the good news: We have a scheduled a date with the Mayor [...] Every Saturday morning, from November 15th to December 6th, the developers of Thornton Place will host an informative talk on aspects of “Living Green” at Thornton Place. Each talk will include a tour of our new, mixed-use urban village, including the Plaza at Thornton Place, and the waterway greenbelt that is a part of the [...] Thanks to the over 20 Pinehurst neighbors who toured the new Thornton Place community at Northgate yesterday.
