Beginning February 6th, routes 73, 77, and 373 will be rerouted off of 15th Ave NE due to construction on Thornton Creek Bridge (just south of Northgate Way). There are minor service changes for routes 242, 243, and 348. Visit the King County Metro web site for the full list of service changes.
73
Route 73 will be revised to operate in both directions on Roosevelt Way NE between NE Ravenna Blvd and NE 115th St due to reconstruction of the Thornton Creek Bridge on 15th Ave NE. Northbound Route 73 to Jackson Park will serve a new bus stop westbound on NE Ravenna Blvd just west of University Way NE and all bus stops on 12th Ave NE and Roosevelt Way NE. During this long-term reroute, Route 73 will not serve the bus stop northbound on University Way NE just south of NE Ravenna Blvd. Southbound Route 73 to downtown Seattle will serve all bus stops on Roosevelt Way NE except the bus stop just north of NE Ravenna Blvd.
77
Route 77 will be revised to operate in both directions on Roosevelt Way NE between NE 80th St and NE 115th St due to reconstruction of the Thornton Creek Bridge on 15th Ave NE. Northbound Route 77 to North City will operate on Lake City Way, NE 85th St, 20th Ave NE and NE 75th St to Roosevelt Way NE. Southbound Route 77 to downtown Seattle will operate on NE 65th St and NE Ravenna Blvd to the I-5 express lanes.
Also, Route 77 will operate in the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel serving Bay A northbound and Bay C southbound. Northbound trips to North City will no longer operate on Eastlake Ave E, Stewart St, 3rd Ave, Terrace St and 5th Ave in downtown Seattle. Southbound trips to downtown Seattle will no longer operate on 5th Ave, Yesler Way, 3rd Ave and Olive Way. Route 77 will have one trip discontinued during the morning and afternoon peak periods but will maintain a 15-30 minute service frequency.
373
Route 373 will be revised to operate in both directions on Roosevelt Way NE between NE Ravenna Blvd and Pinehurst Way NE due to reconstruction of the Thornton Creek Bridge on 15th Ave NE. Northbound trips to Jackson Park will serve the bus stops on 12th Ave NE just north of NE 65th St, on Roosevelt Way NE just north of NE 80th St, NE 90th St, NE 100th St and NE Northgate Way, and on Pinehurst Way NE just north of NE 115th Ave NE. Southbound trips to the U-District will serve the bus stops on Pinehurst Way NE just north of NE 115th St and on Roosevelt Way NE just south of NE 102nd St, NE 90th St, NE 79th St and NE 65th St.

The eastbound trips to Overlake from 5th Ave NE & NE 165th St at 5:54 and 6:09 am will be combined into a single trip leaving Ridgecrest at 6:01 am.

The westbound trip to Jackson Park from the Wilburton P&R at 4:46 pm will be discontinued.
348
Route 348 will have a minor routing revision and a terminal change in Richmond Beach due to the construction of a new bridge on 27th Ave NW. Northbound trips to Richmond Beach will operate via NW 197th St to the new bus stop southbound on Richmond Beach Dr NW between NW 197th St and NW 196th St. Southbound trips to Northgate will operate on Richmond Beach Dr NW and NW 196th St. Route 348 will no longer operate southbound on 24th Ave NW between NW 197th St and NW 196th St, westbound on NW 196th St west of 24th Ave NW or on Richmond Beach Dr NW and NW 195th Pl south of NW 196th St.
