I’m not going to go into a lot of the details because there isn’t very much here. It’s conditionally granted assuming they post some easements and add some legal descriptions to the parcel. Both of which seem pretty easy…
When I first wrote about this we discussed that this seemed like something of a technicality since they were already building the units on the lot. But if anybody does have any issues with this decision you can appeal. There is more information on the notice of decision. Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 05/10/2010.
