Phillip Duggan
Born and raised in Seattle, I recently bought a house in Pinehurst, a stone’s throw from Boud’s Pinehurst Pub. I have a B.S. from Linfield College and work as a software tester. I’m excited about our vibrant community and the opportunity to be involved in its future. I attend the North District Council meetings, volunteered for Pinehurstfest, and will be working on the Jackson Park Trail. I hope to bring new ideas and energy to the position of Pinehurst Community Council President. Thank you for your support and I hope to talk to more of you personally.
