BARK! Espresso is Now Open

I got sent some information on a new café that just opened.  I’m excited to see how the dog friendly seating lounge will work out…

Located next to Great Dog at 11335 Roosevelt Way NE, we offer Caffe Vita coffee, Macrina Bakery pastries (yum!) and a custom Toast Bar.  Monday, May 10 from 4-7pm is our Grand Opening Celebration!  Please swing by, hang out and drink Seattle’s favorite drink!

The café must be dog free (service dogs welcome), but….  Great Dog and BARK are in the process of creating a dog friendly seating lounge with a pass through window for espresso drinks where you can sit with your pooch, and enjoy the canine vibe with other dog lovers.  The Canine Lounge will be available starting on Monday, May 10.

Our hours will be 6:30am – 7pm Monday – Friday and 8-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Though not a dog person, I LOVE cafe Vita and am super excited I won’t have to trek out to Fremont or Cap Hill to enjoy my favorite brew. 🙂

Thanks for the vote of confidence! We love Caffe Vita beans as well! While it has a canine vibe, we are striving to make it a relaxing and inviting spot for the neighborhood place as well. So dogs are NOT required! We were open for a few morning this past week to work out some kinks and it was very fun to meet new people from the neighborhood! Please come and join us on Monday evening from 4-7pm Open House!

Oh, if anyone wants espresso grinds for the p-patch or their garden, just swing by!

This is part of Great Dog daycare, overnight care, dog salon, shop etc. It’s a wonderful place.

It is so nice to have a “local” coffee place that serves GREAT latte’s. Their pastries look amazing (I haven’t tried one yet) as well. My husband and I walk our horses (ok really just HUGE dogs) there on the weekend and have the same friendly barista each time. I HIGHLY recommend getting your coffee there, even if you don’t have a dog.
