Cascade Harvest Coalitions‘ Eat Local for Thanksgiving campaign has created a film contest in which participants are asked to create a short video about a commitment to local food during the holidays. Prizes include six month of farmers’ market seafood, cooking classes at Sur La Table, a two-year subscription to Edible Seattle and autographed cookbooks.
