Thornton Creek Watershed history – November 12th

Biologist and historian Alan Johnson’s fascinating Thornton Creek Watershed history, based on his research and using maps and original photographs going back to the 1850’s. Alan Johnson is the lead scientist for Natural Systems Design and has led many successful restoration projects over the years in Northeast Seattle.

The Thornton Creek Alliance, which has been providing advocacy and stewardship to Seattle’s largest watershed since 1993, is pleased to invite the public to this presentation at the Alliance’s November 12th, 7:00 P. M. meeting. Free native plants will be given away to all attendees.
