Two suspects were arrested in the incident that involved gunfire in the North Seattle Community College area. Here is the report from the Seattle Police Blotter: QFC has submitted a Land Use Application to allow a new gas station with five fuel pumps (10 fueling positions) a 3,480 sq. ft. canopy and a retail kiosk accessory to existing retail sales and service use (QFC). Project includes the installation of two underground fuel storage tanks (one 20,000 gallon tank and one 18,000 [...] I am forwarding this from an Olympic Hills neighbor. I just had a door to door magazine salesperson come to my door trying to sell me a magazine subscription. He claimed to be with Heritage Marketing. He told me that he lived in the neighborhood. I asked him where and he pointed to the ______’s house [...] The Pinehurst Safeway rezone will be on the Seattle City Council Planning Land Use and Neighborhoods Committee Agenda on Wednesday, September 9th.
