Hello Everyone, The Friends of Jackson Park Trail are pleased to announce that the Jackson Park Golf Course Perimeter Trail is now complete and open for walkers – something many of you in the local neighborhood have already noticed! But there’s a public meeting coming up in a couple weeks. Seattle Parks and [...] I just got notification on a meeting that will be discussing the new Jackson Park Trail. It looks like work is scheduled to start soon! “Please join us at the second meeting for the Jackson Park Golf Course Improvements. This meeting will concentrate on the new perimeter trail and the golf [...] It had been a while since I had heard anything about the Jackson Park perimeter trail project, but apparently the design team has been selected. Next week there will be a public meeting with proposed designs. Hey, Jackson Park Trail folks, keep us in the loop, okay? Details on the event… [...] There aren’t too many details yet but SeattleCrime.com is reporting there was a car fire this morning in Jackson Park at the south end of the golf course near 15th Av Ne and Ne 135th St. The police were called out around 1am and are reporting that it’s an arson.
