A bit further afield but it’s a big project which will affect the whole city… The City of Seattle is holding an open house to discuss the seawall replacement. This issue has been getting a lot of coverage recently. Here’s a chance for the city to explain their arguments, answers questions, and get feedback. We are the only large theatre in Seattle’s [...] The Haller Lake Community Club is hosting a meeting with Seattle Parks and Recreation about the renovation of Northacres Park, which is just on the west side of I-5 across NE 130th St. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 Parks is currently planning for renovation of the play [...] It’s been a while since the original post and I wanted to remind everybody about the meeting tonight. I just got passed some info on a music festival with a Pinehurst connection. There is an avant-jazz music festival the next couple weekends which includes Sunship (previously mentioned here) on Friday, January 22nd.
