An application has been filed to subdivide 4 parcels into 7 parcels. Most of the parcels are zoned single family. One is zoned L-3 RC.
The applications shows the address as 1228 NE 117TH ST. It appears that the project would include the lot that Kym’s Kiddy Corner occupies.
