Seattle Department of Neighborhoods has just awarded Sacajawea Elementary School PTA $99,577 to implement the first phase of the redevelopment of the upper playground. This includes the restoration of the existing wetland and buffers, and the construction of the new playground and play structures. The PTA will contribute $146,320 in matching volunteer effort. These units are like the automatic red light cameras, but focused on speeders.
